The lighting is beautiful. I'm taking a film class right now, and the prof was talking about how directors always used to [and still do] shoot night scenes with the streets wet. Because without, there is no vibrancy, and with, so much more texture is added. The water in your photo reminded me of that. The reflection adds so much.
